After School “STAR” Program
2012-2013
All students must be picked up after school. Those who are not picked up will be required to go to an area where teachers will supervise them. Our purpose is to:

provide a safe place for students after school

provide a quiet place for homework (teachers are on hand to give a helping hand)

provide an opportunity to enjoy recreational activities
A registration fee of $30.00 (max. $50 per family) must be included with each registration form . For those who do not register ahead of time, the registration fee will be billed automatically after the 2nd time they are signed in.
Tuition: Unlimited usage - $195 per month (hourly rate is $5.50)
Family Discount - Full Price for first child; 25% discount for additional children
Late Charge:
1–15 minutes = $10.00
After 15 minutes = $1 per minute
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Fees are due on the 1st of each month and past due after the 10th. Fees will be included in monthly statement. Monthly fees for August, December and May will be prorated.
GENERAL POLICIES & INFORMATION
The STAR Program will operate beginning at the time children are dismissed from school. In the event of bad weather, we will close whenever the school closes. Centers and activities will be available for younger students and all students will have an opportunity for homework, as well as activity time.
Snacks are provided daily at 4:00.
